60sec Gym-Bike Challenge
Through our iconic 60-Second Gym Bike Challenge, every calorie burned helps raise awareness, inspire conversations, and support opportunities for young people with disabilities. Push hard, have fun, and be part of a movement that's changing lives - one pedal at a time.
'Hang Time' Challenge
Participants record and improve their best deadhang time over 30 days, building strength, resilience, and confidence along the way.
Whether you're competing with friends, colleagues, teammates, or challenging yourself, every second counts toward a more inclusive future for young people with disabilities.
30-Day 'No Spill Squat' Challenge
Our '30-Day No Spill Squat Challenge' is a fun and accessible individual fitness challenge that combines balance, control, and determination. Participants accumulate as many squats as possible over 30 days while holding a cup filled with their favourite drink in outstretched arms - and completing every squat without spilling a drop.
Whether you're at home, at work, at school, or in the gym. There are no limits, no minimums, and no excuses - every squat completed helps raise awareness and support opportunities for young people with disabilities.

Challenge Is Accepted
Every effort fuels real change/impact
Whether you’re biking, hanging, or moving at home, every rep, second, and calorie helps strengthen support for people living with disability. Your participation directly contributes to programs that build confidence, independence, and community connection.
Disability is Australia’s quiet challenge
More than 4.4 million Australians live with disability, and many still face barriers to access, inclusion, and opportunity. Thousands of families navigate this journey every day — and your involvement helps shine a light on a challenge too often overlooked.
You become part of a movement that lifts others
By signing up, you join a growing community of everyday champions — first responders, schools, workplaces, sporting clubs, families, and friends — all stepping up to create a more inclusive Australia. We’re building momentum for change, one challenge at a time.
