The If-I-Can-You-Can Challenge is more than fitness — it's a call to action for inclusion, awareness, and wellbeing for young people with physical, cognitive & sensory disorders.
To these young people, First Responders are more than uniforms, sirens and cool gear — you’re everyday heroes. You’ve answered the call when it matters most. Now we’re asking you to champion a new kind of mission. 
All it takes is 60 seconds on an assault bike to help young people with disabilities thrive.
