By joining the If-I-Can-You-Can Challenge, you become part of a nationwide movement promoting inclusion, awareness-raising, and wellbeing for young people living with physical, cognitive and sensory disorders.

The Challenge invites other recruits to step up, compete with purpose, and raise funds for a cause that changes lives of young people with disabilities.

All it takes is 60 seconds on an assault bike to make a difference.
