IF-I-Can-You-Can Challenge

Thank you to all of the participating organisations, individuals, supporters and volunteers who made the
If-I-Can-You-Can Challenge possible.

National Champions 2025

We proudly congratulate and thank the First Responder organisations, schools, and corporate partners who stepped forward and brought the IF I CAN YOU CAN CHALLENGE to life in 2025.

We extend a special acknowledgement to the Australian Federal Police College, New South Wales Police Force Academy, Queensland Police Service Academy, and Tasmania Police Academy — and to every Recruit who accepted the Challenge.
By uniting for this cause, you are helping to power disability inclusion and break down the barriers between First Responders and families living with disability and difference.

If-I-Can-You-Can Challenge Pilot Program 2024

The Beginning of something bigger

In 2024, we launched the pilot program of “Jacob’s 60sec Assault Bike Challenge,” engaging Emergency Services, Schools, and Corporate partners to test and shape this inclusive fitness initiative. That pilot year set the foundation for what is now growing into a national movement—bringing police recruits, young people living with disabilities, and community partners together through high‑energy challenges that build awareness, inclusion, and connection.
