Push Hard for 60 Seconds. Change Lives Forever.

Generic explanation below, but truly this is a genuinely fantastic organisation creating big changes in the lives of those living with disability in our community. Cost of living is hard, if you're not comfortable donating funds, I ask that you educate yourself by reading the resources on the website and learn how to better support those living with a disability. Cheers!

I’m taking part in the If-I-Can-You-Can Challenge on the International Day of People with Disability – 03 December 2025. This inspiring Challenge is inspired by Jacob a young Aussie living with functional  intellectual disability, cerebral palsy and autism – who wishes every day his brain and body worked like everyone else’s. But Jacob doesn’t want pity – he dreams of acceptance and inclusion.

This 60-second assault bike challenge supports Fight4Balance (F4B), a Brisbane-based, grassroots charity helping young people aged 5–25 with physical, cognitive and sensory disorders improve their physical, emotional and socially wellbeing.

The challenge? Jump on an assault bike and see how many calories you can burn in one minute - all while raising awareness and funds to help youth like Jacob get get fit, build independence, and feel connected with their community.

Please support the Challenge and help us make a difference.

If Jacob can, you can too.
